When can I expect to receive my account opening materials?

Answer:

Welcome kits for those applying through Group Online Enrollment or with paper applications will be mailed within five days of account opening. A welcome kit will be emailed to you immediately after your application processes if you apply through Individual Online Enrollment.

Debit card(s), and/or checks ordered at the time of enrollment are also mailed within five days of account opening. If you provided an email address when you applied, you will also receive an email confirmation of your account opening.  If you submitted an application prior to your health plan effective date, materials will be mailed within five days of your effective date. Please allow additional time for transit through the postal system.
